Tibet – Buddhism and Religion

The best-known face of Tibet, beyond topography, is probably its religion. Whilst visiting different temples during the journey, the tour guide introduced to us the different facets of Buddhas and life philosophies as described in the principles of Tibetan Principle. I feel like if we have a more concrete background of outlook on life, knowing exactly what life is meant to be, the visits to temples could mean more than sight-seeing to most of us.

I found the Thankas particularly astounding, an aesthetical point of view.
