Frequently asked questions

Q1: How can I login to the application?
A1: HKU student can click on “Login” from the menu and select “HKU Portal Login” to enter the application.

Q2: How to update my profile?
A2: Clicking on “Profile” from the menu, under the account page you have to enter your firstname and lastname. Clicking on your photo will bring you to the profile updating page for uploading your picture and writing a paragraph about yourself.

Q3: How to upload photo?
A3: Mouse over on “Profile” from the menu and select “Upload Photo”, you will be redirected to the interface for uploading a featured picture.

Q4: How to update my photo submitted?
A4: Mouse over on “Profile” from the menu and select “My Photo”, you will be able to update all photo records submitted under your account.
